Although born and raised a Southern gentleman from Louisiana, I have been a frequent visitor to the Rocky Mountain area for over 15 years. After earning my undergraduate degree in finance from Louisiana Tech University, I chose to pursue my MBA at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs so that I could enjoy and experience everything Colorado has to offer. When asked why I moved from Louisiana, I usually respond “to escape the heat, the hurricanes, and to head outdoors.” Now that I can finally call Colorado home, most of my free time here is spent hiking the Colorado 14ers, skiing the back bowls of local’s favorite Arapahoe Basin, and entertaining my incessantly energetic chocolate lab. I think it’s fair to say the Colorado lifestyle has truly become a passion for me!
